Heard of under-crowded school?
We often hear schools with overcrowding classrooms and not enough teachers. Ladang Mary Primary Tamil school on the contrary is under-crowded! They have 12 kids and 8 teachers. And just few miles away in Ladang Nigel Gardner, a tamil primary school have 4 students and 8 teachers.
